We work on a commission basis, depending on the service you require, between 10-20% of guest bookings. Our income is linked to the success of YOUR property.
How soon can my property go live?
You and your personal property manager will work on a plan and agree a launch date. Most properties are live within 2-4 weeks, depending on the readiness of the property.
Can I use my property for personal stays?
Absolutely! You’re always in control of your calendar.
What areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of the local. We aim to have a local property manager within 45 minutes of every part of the UK.
Who will be responsible for managing my property?
You get your own dedicated property manager who will live and work near your property, care about the local community and will be your business partner from start to finish. You get their direct phone number and email address (no call centres or overseas virtual assistants).
